Don't know where i got inspired to do this from, i think it may have started as a sketch in my notebook. I have always loved to draw ugly people- they're more interesting than good looking ones.
So if you're ugly i would like to draw your ugly face.

Left 4 Dead Contest

This is my submission to the Left 4 Dead Concept Art Contest over at moddb.com. Left 4 Dead is this awesome new zombie-shooter game, i just tried the demo today it's pretty rad.

...and now for something completely different.

i don't know what inspired this concept or why i chose this 80's palette, the result is something you might see on an old EC comics horror cover.

...another character design for my "warrior queen" project, this guy belongs to a tribe consisting of the last free men on earth. I'm really enjoying watercolor as a medium again, it is fun to go back and forth from computer-color to hand-done, as they both are frustrating in different ways.
